COMFORT LAB improves on the discomforts of traditional bras using patented technology and a new concept size chart developed over three years of research
We are sorry, but we do not currently have plus sizes available for our products.
Our bras are worn around the bottom half of the chest. Please compare the size of your cup with the size you are wearing and check with the COMFORT LAB size chart before selecting a size to order.
Use a tape measure to measure the highest part of your hips and then select a size according to the fit you want: choose a larger size for a comfortable, relaxed fit, or a smaller size for a tighter fit.
“G” stands for Glam (Glamorous) and is made for customers who have a larger cup size.
“P” stands for Push-up and adds 30 mm of padding to add volume to the chest for customers with a smaller chest size.
All our products have pockets for additional padding. Extra pads of different size are available for purchase separately on website.
- We recommend wearing them from the bottom up (starting from the hips) for convenience as well as to fully gather the chest to the center.
- Customers with a larger hip circumference can wear our products from top to bottom like a t-shirt. Doing so carefully also prevents product stretching
Hand wash cold. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Line-dry in shade. Do not wring. Do not iron.

If your order is already in transit and you received the shipping confirmation e-mail, you can’t change your order.

We will refund your original form of payment if we are able to cancel your package.

If your order is already in transit to you and you received the shipping confirmation email, you can’t cancel your order.
• SHIPPING
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our standard carrier for shipping
No, we can only be shipped to destinations in the United States.
Free shipping is available on all orders over $75. We reduce the burden of shipping costs on the consumer by avoiding over packing and excessively heavy shipments.
Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends will ship starting Monday. Packages shipped through USPS usually take 3-7 days to arrive. Carriers do not guarantee package arrival dates.
- You will receive another e-mail once your order has been shipped (usually within 1-3 business days) which will contain the tracking number for your order.
- Track a package at usps.com by selecting “Tracking” of the website and entering your tracking number.
COMFORT LAB is not responsible for items that USPS reports delivered. Please contact them in this case.
• RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Defective garments: scratches on the product or poor sewing quality (Due to mass production, minor parts of manufacture—stitches, slight color differences, etc.—are not considered defective.)
- Damage due to defective package delivery
- Wrong items (different from the order) shipped to the customer
- Products with tags removed
- Items with traces of use
- Products that have been washed
- Obvious contaminations such as traces of fragrance, cosmetic, alcohol, and other stains
Process
1. Intent to return and/or exchange must be indicated by e-mail (comfortlabcs@gmail.com) or must be contacted to us within 7 days of receiving your COMFORT LAB product(s) : We need your name, order products, order ID, order date and customer comment.
2. COMFORT LAB will send the return label via e-mail.
3. Please ship your product(s) through USPS within 14 days of receiving your order.
4. Product exchanges are only available for the same product(s) as the one you ordered.
5. All tags must remain attached to unworn garments for returns and exchanges to be approved.
6. COMFORT LAB will then conduct a sanitary inspection before beginning the refund and/or exchange process.
7. We reserve the right to refuse exchange on items that do not meet our health and hygiene standards.
8. For standard orders, it takes about 15-30 business days for refunds to be processed from the day your return is delivered. Once the refund is issued, please allow 1-3 business days for it to appear on your statement.
We cannot proceed an exchange process for a product for a different color or design.
But we can exchange for the same product(s) as the one you ordered in a different size.
In such cases, the customer has the responsibility of covering shipping costs for the return & exchange.

4. Please ship your return item(s) through USPS (First Class Package or Priority Mail) and send us a tracking number by e-mail.
5. COMFORT LAB will then conduct a sanitary inspection before beginning the exchange process.
6. We reserve the right to refuse exchange on items that do not meet our health and hygiene standards.
