Replacing the Uncomfortable Traditional Bra with the Dual Healing Bra, COMFORT LAB


The dual healing bra from lingerie brand COMFORT LAB was selected for first place in the Customer Satisfaction Brand (Underwear) category by consumers at the 2015 Korean Consumer Satisfction Index (KCI) certification ceremony at the Samjeong Hotel in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul, on the 14th.

COMFORT LAB was created by a lingerie designer of over twenty years to produce and distribute the dual-healing bra that improves on the discomforts wearing traditional brassieres. Launched after a year of fitting tests, the dual healing bra dramatically reduces back fat and adds volume to the chest. Unlike standard bra sizing, its unique design styles for chest support promote comfort.

Among its various products, the dual healing bra has gained popularity. It gives a comfortable fit while enhancing the figure and looks like a lace top, following a fashion trend that started in Europe. The simple fabric design of the dual healing Lulu bra makes it suitable to wear under any garment. Its low center of gravity gathers the breast to the center to add visible volume.

The head of the company, Choi Sunmi, said, “For a while the fashion lingerie industry was stuck in a rut due to complicated materials and production processes.” She continued, “Our dual healing bra provides both comfort and luxury design at the same time by improving on the discomfort customers felt over traditional bra designs.” “Our aim is to become a leading comfort lingerie company by making products that are available for consumers to feel and find in the domestic market.” 

COMFORT LAB earned first place in the “Korean Consumer Satisfaction Index,” which directly measures the actual level of satisfaction with respect to products and services in each industry.

Hankyung Business organized the event, surveying the brand preferences of 4018 consumers over the age of 20 from 109 local governments in 167 categories (including cosmetics, health, apparel, services) and of 380 companies. A total of 66 brands were selected based on research results and a review of public documents.
